The Reason:
To get motivated and to create the habit forming conditions to make us study more consistently.
The Rules:
We will try to study Japanese using Anki.
For 30 minutes of each day, EVERY day, come rain, hail or beautiful sunny weather. No matter what. We. WILL. STUDY.

Starting from... 8th of August 2011. However: I don't know how to do a screen shot. I suppose I shall find out.
in windows you just press PrtSc (Print Screen), which copies the screen to te pasteboard. you then have to paste it in somewhere... Photoshop, normally, creating a new file beforehand (when you press CTRL+N it'll offer the right size, cuz it automatically offers the size of the image in your pasteboard. then you press CTRL+V that will paste your screenshot, and there you go. (Maybe you can directly press CTRL+V but i'm bot sure here.)
in Mac it's a lot easier because your screenshot will automatically be saved on your desktop, but to be hones i forgot the shortcut (ALT+F3 or Cmmnd+F3 of ALT+F4 or i just don't know).
good luck with your studies! it's such a great idea!
so my suggestion as to the deck we use:
ReplyDeleteJapanese Core 2000 Step 01 Listening Sen
Or we can to make it fair both start on
Japanese Core 2000 Step 02 Listening Sen
what you think?
p.s. you can set the time on the "timeboxing" tab once you open the deck.
ReplyDeleteMy suggestion is to do so with no music or other interruptions. Grab a drink and hunker down :)
ok. So screen shot?
